As a family man, with three children and two grandchildren, Kevin understands all too well the enormous financial pressures on each generation. This perspective enables him to empathise all the more with his clients, to bear in mind their needs and their goals at all times, and to source for them the most suitable equity release plan.
Kevin has had a thriving career in the financial services industry since 1979. Starting at 18 as an insurance agent for Royal London Mutual Insurance, he moved to Aviva in 1992, eventually specialising in Equity Release. Despite being made redundant in 2012, Kevin seized the opportunity to set himself up as an Independent Equity Release Specialist and his business has gone from strength to strength. He is a qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Society of Mortgage Professionals.
Kevin is a friendly, sociable person: he plays in one of the top premier bands in the country; he helps at my local church; and his professional life very much revolves around doing all that he can to ensure his clients’ financial security and peace of mind.
“I decided to contact Kevin about taking out equity release as I had been really impressed with the way in which he had worked with one of my clients a few years ago who had a particularly complicated case to deal with. I knew that I would be in very capable hands with Kevin with my own situation and he did not fail to deliver. I must also so a big thank you to Samantha who works with Kevin as she was exceptionally supportive and played an important role in seeing our equity release through to completion. Thank you everyone.”

Equity release could be the answer to some of your financial questions. If you would like to know more about it, and see if it could be the right option for you, please book an appointment or request a call-back

Equity release will reduce the value of your estate and may also affect your entitlement to means-tested benefits. You should always think carefully before securing a loan against your home.
Unless you decide to go ahead with a plan, our service is completely free of charge, as our fixed advice fee of £1,495 is only payable on completion of a plan.
A lifetime mortgage is the most popular form of equity release, and is a loan secured against your home that’s typically repaid when you pass away or go into long-term care.
To understand the features and risks of a lifetime mortgage, please ask for a personalised illustration.
We will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange a convenient time for a meeting, which is completely free of charge and without obligation.
