After leaving university with a BA honours in French and Spanish, she toured the world for over 8 years, living in New Zealand for 6 years and spending significant time in South America, North America and Canada, and experiencing the delights of Vanuatu, Cuba, Australia, the middle east and many other European countries along the way.
Samantha’s career path throughout this period led her to teach languages in private schools, university and senior schools instructing tuition in English, Spanish and French. Samanth a took a career break after having her first child and returned to the world of work joining the team in 2018 to help Kevin with his growing portfolio of clients. Her role has since developed, and she is now responsible for customer liaison, marketing projects, and website development for the business.
When in their office in Park Gate, Samantha is busy providing support for Kevin and the increasing demand for equity release products. Both Samantha and Kevin are always focussed on ensuring that the business does all that it can to successfully help their clients receive the best possible service.
Finally, anyone who knows Samantha will also attest that she is never without a cup of tea in her hand and always ready to offer a brew to any visitors she may have!
“Kevin was polite, knowledgeable and efficient in the way he dealt with my enquiry and he listened with care and understanding. Following our discussions, I did not go ahead with the equity release because we agreed that it wasn’t my best option, due to circumstances. I wasn’t pressurised into a sale and Kevin didn’t make me feel uncomfortable when I told him of my decision - in fact after all the hard work he had put into researching my case, I almost felt a sense of guilt that it wasn’t the right thing for me! I wouldn't hesitate to contact laterlivingnow again and I would happily recommend Kevin to anyone who is considering equity release. You couldn't be in better hands, that's for sure!”

Unless you decide to go ahead with a plan, our service is completely free of charge, as our fixed advice fee of £1,495 is only payable on completion of a plan.
A lifetime mortgage is the most popular form of equity release, and is a loan secured against your home that’s typically repaid when you pass away or go into long-term care.
