After leaving university with a BA honours in French and Spanish, she toured the world for over 8 years, living in New Zealand for 6 years and spending significant time in South America, North America and Canada, and experiencing the delights of Vanuatu, Cuba, Australia, the middle east and many other European countries along the way.
Samantha’s career path throughout this period led her to teach languages in private schools, university and senior schools instructing tuition in English, Spanish and French. Samanth a took a career break after having her first child and returned to the world of work joining the team in 2018 to help Kevin with his growing portfolio of clients. Her role has since developed, and she is now responsible for customer liaison, marketing projects, and website development for the business.
When in their office in Park Gate, Samantha is busy providing support for Kevin and the increasing demand for equity release products. Both Samantha and Kevin are always focussed on ensuring that the business does all that it can to successfully help their clients receive the best possible service.
Finally, anyone who knows Samantha will also attest that she is never without a cup of tea in her hand and always ready to offer a brew to any visitors she may have!
“Kevin was great and everything went really well. He spent time making sure we fully understood the process and gave us options which was really useful. He continuously monitored the market and negotiated much better rates as the market changed The equity release solicitors were also really easy to work with. We have both been really pleased with the process and now have the funds we wanted to help our family.”

Equity release could be the answer to some of your financial questions. If you would like to know more about it, and see if it could be the right option for you, please book an appointment or request a call-back
Equity release will reduce the value of your estate and may also affect your entitlement to means-tested benefits. You should always think carefully before securing a loan against your home.
Unless you decide to go ahead with a plan, our service is completely free of charge, as our fixed advice fee of £1,295 is only payable on completion of a plan.
A lifetime mortgage is the most popular form of equity release, and is a loan secured against your home that’s typically repaid when you pass away or go into long-term care.
We will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange a convenient time for a meeting, which is completely free of charge and without obligation.
